We value knowledge development and knowledge sharing. We are happy to offer opportunities to young talent. That's why we established the MAES Notaries Thesis Award. Are you that talent? Are you a student in the final stages of your law studies at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences, or have you recently graduated? Did you write a thesis at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences in the 2024-2025 academic year on a topic relevant to notarial practice? Did your thesis receive a grade of at least 8? Then take note and seize your opportunity.

What is the price

We're offering the winner two return tickets and a long weekend package, choosing from London, Prague, or Marrakech, combined with a two-month internship. Before you know it, you'll be sipping gin and tonics with your significant other or a close friend at Sushi Samba in the Heron Tower rooftop restaurant in the heart of the city. Registration deadline
Registration is open from September 1, 2021, to December 31, 2022. To be considered for the MAES Notarissen Thesis Award, please submit your thesis and a summary of no more than two pages to academy@maesnotarissen.nl by December 31, 2022. Include a short letter explaining why you believe this thesis deserves the MAES Notarissen Thesis Award.
