Advising and supporting the project notary for Rivierzone Vlaardingen. Vlaardingen will gain approximately 500 new homes. Ground was broken in September 2017 for a total of 355 single-family homes and 155 apartments between the city center and the Nieuwe Maas River. Approximately 245 single-family homes are planned between the city center and Galgkade (Nieuw Sluis subplan). In addition to single-family homes, approximately 25 apartments starting at approximately €250,000 will also be built in the Stationsgebied subplan. The goal is to then begin work on the Peninsula. Approximately 255 homes are planned between Waterleidingstraat, Oosthavenkade, and the river. Four residential buildings, each approximately 10 stories high, will be built along the river, containing approximately 145 apartments in the mid-range and higher-end segments. On the peninsula (Eiland van Speyk), OMA Amsterdam BV has planned a neighborhood with approximately 110 single-family homes.

Involved in advising ABN AMRO Volkers Wessels Stevin on the development of Megastores Den Haag, at the time the largest indoor shopping center in the Benelux, which has since struggled with vacancy and poor accessibility. These residential features will enhance the quality of the surrounding area, add purchasing power to the shopping center, and reduce the operating risk for the end investor through diversification of the real estate category (retail and residential).

Advising and supporting a real estate investment fund provider in launching more than ten real estate investment funds in commercial real estate (residential, retail, healthcare, and parking) in the Netherlands and Germany for private and institutional investors, with a total investment volume of approximately €700 million. We managed the fund structure, acquisition, funding, financing, and encumbrance of the real estate, and were involved in drafting the prospectus.

Advising and assisting a young couple in purchasing their first home. We arranged a gift from the parents to this couple, drafted a cohabitation agreement, two identical wills (with an exclusion clause, a two-step bequest, a legacy, and a trust), a living will, and the deed of transfer and mortgage deed. We executed the deeds at the woman's parents' home at the request of the couple, as her father was immobile due to illness at the time.

By the end of the 1800s, the municipality of Schiedam boasted nearly 400 distilleries. The "De Goudsbloem" malthouse is one of the last surviving legacies from this period. The malthouse was used to make malt from grains, which was then used to make jenever. HERMON Heritage has repurposed this national monument into 34 independent studio apartments for short-term stays. Some of the studios are used by young adults with a form of autism in their studies or work phases.
France-based PERIAL AM acquired De Goudsbloem from developer HERMON Erfgoed. The seller was advised by CBRE. The buyer was assisted by L'Etoile Properties REIM Holland and a team of lawyers and civil-law notaries from the Amsterdam office of Greenberg Traurig LLP.
