Added notary can now also work independently at a branch office
As of July 1st, an assigned civil-law notary is no longer required to work at the same location as the civil-law notary. This means they may execute deeds at a branch office in the same location without the civil-law notary being present.
By withdrawing the policy rule for the supervision of additional notaries, which was in effect from October 1, 2014, the Ministry of Security and Justice now permits remote supervision by notaries.
