Notary's birthday pot goes to KiKa!

Our social commitment means we support charities and social organizations, for example, in the areas of health and well-being.

Because of one of our birthdays, we decided to donate the amount put into the birthday fund by all our office colleagues to the KiKa Foundation as a birthday gift.

Nearly 600 children in the Netherlands are diagnosed with cancer every year. Currently, 81% of these children survive the first five years after diagnosis, thanks in part to research funded by KiKa. Twenty years ago, this figure was around 72%. This is clear proof that research truly helps, and that a 100% chance of a cure is getting closer.

KiKa invests not only in research but also in the Princess Máxima Center and education. This leads to increasingly better medications and treatments, less pain during treatment, and a greater chance of recovery. All ingredients for an increasingly hopeful future for children with cancer.

KiKa is the only charity in the Netherlands that invests in research specifically targeting all forms of childhood cancer.
