Comrades, cease your wild noise

Last year, Lifeguard organized a vitality training for our team. It was both necessary and useful. Almost all of our employees tend to always put the customer first, and only then themselves. Sinterklaas is concerned about this and is emphasizing it again today with the slogan " Comrades, stop your wild noise ."

Because the Maesians are always passionate about going the extra mile for our clients. This often leads to neglecting adequate sleep, proper exercise, and regular, healthy meals—actually, too often. The goal of this training was to inspire colleagues, provide practical tools, increase sustainable employability, reduce work-related stress, and connect colleagues.
