Comrades, cease your wild noise
Last year, Lifeguard organized a vitality training for our team. It was both necessary and useful. Almost all of our employees tend to always put the customer first, and only then themselves. Sinterklaas is concerned about this and is emphasizing it again today with the slogan " Comrades, stop your wild noise ."
Because the Maesians are always passionate about going the extra mile for our clients. This often leads to neglecting adequate sleep, proper exercise, and regular, healthy meals—actually, too often. The goal of this training was to inspire colleagues, provide practical tools, increase sustainable employability, reduce work-related stress, and connect colleagues.
At MAES civil-law notaries, we consider it our duty to contribute to the job satisfaction of our valued colleagues. It's important for everyone to feel good about themselves and be able to do their work well. It's important to enjoy what you do and to reflect that enthusiasm on those around you. It's important to respond flexibly to changes and continue to deliver high-quality work with satisfaction in the long term. It's good that Santa Claus is emphasizing this again today – with fruit-shaped marzipan – and managed to express it as follows:
What is a Sinterklaas celebration?
Without pastry or marzipan?
I would definitely know
Much less fun because of his
At MAES you do everything smartly and with care
For the customers and for your own vitality
Lifeguard has taught you, very wisely,
Sleeping well and eating fruit is not a bad thing
But everyone at MAES wants to snack
You all love sweets very much
So my Pieten scatter
Gingerbread and sweets
Take care of yourself, you sweet tooth
From the steamboat the good Saint Nicholas brought
This healthy candy especially for you
I hope you find it tasty and sensible
