For all fathers

Today is Father's Day. A day to reflect on the meaning your father has, or has had, for you. A day to also reflect on the meaning you, as a father, have for your child. Are you becoming more like that old man? What did you inherit from him? What are you grateful for, and what would you do differently? What was his legacy? And what will you pass on to your children?

And by that, we don't mean what your children will inherit from you, or whether you've made a will and living will—as befits a good father—to properly manage your affairs for your loved ones. No, we mean how you can ensure that, with the genetic material you received at birth and, in turn, pass on to your children, you are and can be proud of your descendants.
