What is possible? What isn't? And we'll propose a solution. If a deed is desired or necessary, we'll create a draft for you. We'll provide it to you so you can read and review it at your leisure. Need changes? We'll fine-tune it. Until it's perfect. If you agree, we'll schedule a time to sign the deed.
