Our training program focuses not only on improving legal knowledge and notarial professional rules, but also on professional and social skills to continue to create a customer-focused and high-performing work environment.
Part of our training program is a vitality training program provided by Lifeguard. Lifeguard helps MAES notaries with training to positively influence the vitality of our employees. The goal is to inspire colleagues, provide practical tools, increase sustainable employability, reduce work stress, and connect colleagues. Today we had the second training session.
