Olympic champion

Both the women's and men's hockey teams won gold at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. As sponsors of hockey clubs in Rotterdam, Schiedam, and Vlaardingen, among others, we are very proud of this achievement.

We attach great importance to sports. Sports connect and unite. It requires teamwork. Sports teach you how to deal with winning and losing. It requires ambition, practice, lots of practice, and perseverance. Sports contribute to our mental and physical well-being. We therefore gladly support athletes with the ambition to achieve something special and the clubs that facilitate them in this.

We recognize the responsibility we bear for our stakeholders: our customers, our employees, suppliers, the government, and the society we are part of. This applies to both our professional and social spheres. Our social responsibility focuses on three themes: governance , a sustainable living environment, and social engagement. We hope to make an impact through these initiatives.

Our social commitment means we support charities and social organizations in the areas of health and well-being, culture, and sports.

In the sports world, we sponsor HC Rotterdam, HCR, or Hockeyclub Rotterdam, among others. With approximately 2,500 members, including 1,700 youth members, across more than 200 teams, HCR is the largest hockey club in the Netherlands and one of the largest in the world. We are incredibly proud that HCR is providing several players to the Dutch national team that so impressively won the Olympic title at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris after a thrilling shootout.

We congratulate everyone who contributed to this tremendous success, and we are grateful for the many wonderful sporting moments we enjoyed so intensely during these Games. This goes without saying, not only for the men's and women's hockey players, but for all the athletes who returned home with a medal or not. In many cases, they are role models for our children: the generation of today and tomorrow!
