Mehtap runs our hospitality desk. It's partly because of her approach that our guests feel like they're on the red carpet of a five-star hotel upon arrival, thanks to the personal attention and care they receive from the ever-smiling Mehtap.

She also handles our office management. She ensures that our cleaning company, "Fris en Rein," always delivers on its promises and that we have everything we need in stock. From Illy coffee beans to Tiny Tony chocolate and Wilhelmina mints. From giveaways (pens or umbrellas with the MAES logo) to the expensive notarial vignette paper we're legally required to use for every deed. And more. It's quite a job.

Finally, Mehtap contributes to the files for our clients, particularly in the client and case acceptance phase, the file creation phase, the questionnaire phase, the passing phase and the follow-up phase.

Mehtap completed her pre-university education (HAVO) and then studied Commercial Economics at INHOLLAND University of Applied Sciences in Rotterdam. The theoretical knowledge she gained there helped her develop into a fully-fledged customer-focused professional, working in sales roles and as a department manager in the fashion industry.
