NATO summit

Dozens of world leaders, ministers, and thousands of delegations are attending the NATO summit in The Hague this week. To ensure everyone's safety, traffic and security measures are necessary this week. Some traffic routes will be temporarily closed. The earliest closures on main roads will be on Thursday, June 19, and the latest on Friday, June 27, 2025.

Our office is open as usual this week during the NATO summit, and we are happy to continue serving all our clients, mostly located in the Rotterdam The Hague Metropolitan Area.

To ensure continued service, office staff living in the The Hague region will either work remotely or stay overnight in a hotel near the office. Scheduled passing appointments or meetings at our office can then proceed uninterrupted and on time, even at the beginning of the day.

To avoid the partially closed and therefore expectedly very heavily congested urban road network, our notary Mr. GHHJ (Geert) Janssen MRE MBA will be traveling this week from the Nhow hotel in Rotterdam by water taxi along the MAES river to the office!

To avoid delays or even greater disappointment, we urge our customers with whom we have scheduled an appointment at our office for next week to carefully plan their own trips, taking into account any delays.

Good for each other!
