In the past, a notary was only allowed to execute deeds within their own jurisdiction. In our case, that meant within the municipal boundaries of Vlaardingen. The idea behind this was to protect notaries from the undue influence of the free market. Fortunately, that's no longer the case. We would be doing ourselves and many of our clients a disservice. We are there for everyone, and want to be there for everyone, but we focus on individuals, businesses, and (semi-)government bodies in the beautiful Rotterdam The Hague Metropolitan Area.
