Looking for a home? Discover all the new construction projects in Schiedam on Saturday, October 7th. The New Construction Day Schiedam 2023 will be held from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Havenkerk at Lange Haven 72.

Project developers and real estate agents will present numerous construction projects, including those that are quickly going on sale or are being rented out (social housing), and plans they'll be implementing later. Financial advisors, mortgage lenders, the Home Improvement Service Point, the Homeowners' Association Platform, the Municipality of Schiedam, and MAES notaries will also be on hand to provide information and answer questions. EXPERIENCE Schiedam, VIEW all the construction plans, and VISIT your new home. New Construction Day is a great opportunity to rediscover Schiedam.

At the entrance to the Havenkerk, visitors receive a bag containing a folding map listing all the projects. QR codes lead to the project websites, where home seekers can register their interest in the project. The folding map can be picked up free of charge for one year after New Construction Day at the i-PUNT in the WAAG building at Lange Kerkstraat 39. The S'DAM website lists current new construction projects for buyers and tenants, including information about the various neighborhoods and New Construction Day.

In 2022, approximately 1,600 house hunters attended the New Construction Day. Register via https://www.sdam.nl/nieuwbouwdagschiedam and you'll be given a generous time slot to show up. This gives you the opportunity to browse and ask questions at your leisure. You can stay as long as you like.
