Most employees have opted for a dual-screen setup. This gives them a better overview, allows them to switch gears more quickly, and work more efficiently.
For telephony, we use the OneSpace telephony platform, which is linked to Notarisdossier, our CRM package. This allows us to make calls, video calls, chat, and quickly follow up on tasks like callback requests, all from within the file, all at the touch of a button on our screen. Our staff members are equipped with headsets, allowing them to easily operate the keyboard, move around, or pace with ease, all while maintaining a conversation with you.
Our team has created the "We are MAES Notaries WhatsApp group" so we can quickly and easily find each other outside office hours for important messages and to share everyone's well-being.
We believe it's important that our employees are easily reachable on their personal smartphones, including for babysitting, school, after-school care, schoolchildren, or in case of emergency. We also want to prevent them from experiencing the combination of work and caregiving as unnecessarily stressful. We are, of course, vigilant that the quality of our services isn't hampered by excessive personal smartphone use during working hours, but everyone here takes responsibility in this regard as well.
