NVB develops standard deed of building rights for solar power system field project
The Dutch Banking Association (NVB) has developed a standard deed for a building right for a solar power field project. At the request of the NVB, the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-Law Notaries (KNB) and several members were closely involved in drafting this standard deed.
The NVB (Dutch Association of Banks and Construction Companies) has developed the standard deed (doc) and accompanying explanatory memorandum (doc) to make financing onshore solar power systems more accessible. The deed can be used if an onshore solar project is being developed by an operator who wishes to retain ownership of the solar power system, partly with a view to obtaining a mortgage on it.
Launch of standard deed
The NVB (Dutch Association of Banks) launched the standard deed today. In an article , the NVB explains the situations in which the standard deed is useful. The NVB will also organize a workshop on the use of this deed in the fall. Further information will follow.
