Appointment of Mr. PJA (Hans) den Braven, candidate civil-law notary

As of January 1, 2024, Mr. PJA (Hans) den Braven joined MAES Civil-Law Notaries. Hans (born 1975) is a candidate civil-law notary and brings two decades of experience in notarial services.

Hans studied notarial law at Leiden University and is also trained as a mediator. He previously worked in general practice at medium-sized notary firms (also as a deputy) and as an entrepreneur in inheritance law.

Under the guidance of Mr. Y. (Yvonne) Drok, Hans will be working with the Family Law team to develop the family, inheritance law and estate practice (estate management, settlement and (life) executorship), as well as the corporate law practice hands-on together with JMB (Linda) de Blaauw and the Corporate Law team.
