It's Not Easy Being Green

We are building a sustainable company that values not only customer care but also environmental care. A healthy living environment—clean air, water, and soil—contributes to the quality of life. We are aware of the impact our activities can have on the environment.

We are convinced that we can grow as a company without placing an additional burden on the environment. By growing sustainably. By being efficient with energy, our building, interior, transport, and paper. By being mindful of consumption. By recycling waste. By embracing green.

And that's what we're doing. We travel as much as possible by foot, (electric) bicycle, or clean car, promote hybrid working, fly less (which, with the painful cancellation of flights from Schiphol, isn't much of a benefit), and print only what's absolutely necessary, and then only double-sided. With trendsetting interior planting creations from Zuidkoop, we make our office environment even more livable for our visitors and colleagues. And with the sustainable flower concept from Flowers of Joy, we add even more color to our interior. And that suits us just fine.

Because there are notary offices, and there are MAES civil-law notaries. Our approach is distinctive. Not as a goal, but as a result. We counter all the shades of gray with color. We show who we are and what we stand for. With our energy, our vision, and our dedication. We are visible. Entrepreneurial. Socially minded. We go out and take responsibility. Socially as well. We are innovators. Not followers. We are motivated to be the most client-focused notary office in the region. We want our clients to be proud of the personal relationship we have with them. And euphoric about what we offer them professionally. But above all, we want them to enjoy being with us. We want them to laugh together. And sometimes even a little at themselves.
