Golf Club Broekpolder

On February 19, 2025, the board of Golfclub Broekpolder and notary Mr. GHHJ (Geert) Janssen MRE MBA of MAES notarissen signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement.

Broekpolder is a polder west of the Vlaardingervaart canal in the municipalities of Vlaardingen and Midden-Delfland. The members of the "old Rotterdam" community had long desired an 18-hole golf course, but lacked the space in Kralingen. In 1981, they decided to establish Broekpolder Golf Club and build a course in the raised Broekpolder polder. The course underwent a complete transformation in 2021/2022, designed by course architect Frank Pont. Broekpolder Golf Club is now part of the "Old Nine": a cooperative of nine traditional, beautiful club golf courses in the Netherlands.

Business partner MAES Notaries will be visible to members and players on the sponsor board in the clubhouse, in the biennial digital newsletter, on the scorecard, in the magazine De Golflengte, and—visible after a successful putt—on the cup sleeves on all 18 holes.
