Rotterdam Home Fair
The first "skyscraper" in the Netherlands and Europe was the Witte Huis (White House) in the old port of Rotterdam. Rotterdam is making great strides, and is set to soar with impressive towers – just like the Municipality of The Hague. Think of developments like the Cool Tower, Zalmhaven Tower, Bay House, The Terraced Tower, The Sax, and Pompenburg, to name just a few future iconic buildings. The trade fair provides insight into the supply of new-build apartments and single-family homes (for sale and rent) in the Rotterdam The Hague Metropolitan Region. We are familiar with many of these developments, either through our clients or through participation in initiatives of the Municipality of Rotterdam, such as "Room for Work." We remain available to provide free notarial advice or other knowledge sharing should you require it after your visit.

Provada
Provada is the largest real estate trade fair in the Netherlands. It's a three-day networking event held in June with various meetings in forums, themed areas, halls, and, of course, at the stands. More than 25,000 real estate professionals visit Provada annually for knowledge, inspiration, and the many networking opportunities. This makes Provada not only the largest but also the best trade fair in the Netherlands. MAES Notarissen is well represented. Are you an exhibitor or visitor at Provada? Mipim
MIPIM is the international real estate fair held annually in Cannes for four days in March. We'd appreciate it if you'd join us for a glass of rosé on the beach, or perhaps we'll see you on the Croisette or with a mutual acquaintance there who knows how to handle things on a much grander scale.

ExpoReal
Since 1998, approximately 45,000 B2B real estate professionals from over 70 different countries have gathered in Munich every October for the three-day ExpoReal. They attend the trade show during the day and often linger afterward at Käfer for a meal. We look forward to seeing you there.

Tefaf
There's no better art fair than TEFAF in Maastricht. A number of our clients, sponsors, and contacts are there every year in March. To meet, to browse, and sometimes even to buy. And we? We're there too. Not to buy, but to meet and browse. And, if we're asked, to discreetly share information about art certification, donations, and inheritance tax savings.

PAN
At the end of November, PAN Amsterdam offers a wide selection of galleries, antique dealers, and art dealers, with a range of paintings, antiques, modern and contemporary art, jewelry, photography, designer furniture, and objects from ancient and distant cultures. We're already looking forward to so much beauty and special encounters.
