PROVADA 2026

PROVADA will be held at the RAI Amsterdam from Tuesday, June 9 to Thursday, June 11.

PROVADA is the largest real estate trade fair in the Netherlands. With more than 20,000 visitors, 100+ substantive knowledge sessions, and 270+ exhibitors.

This year, the real estate fair focuses on connection and collaboration to address the major challenges in the sector. The central theme is “All stand together”. Some key pillars are:

Collaboration: Transcending traditional boundaries between governments, market parties, and the local community to accelerate housing construction and the energy transition.
International Investments: New focus on attracting foreign capital and strengthening the Dutch business climate.
Sustainability: Focus on utilizing and making existing real estate sustainable rather than solely on new construction, partly due to persistent challenges such as grid congestion.
