Our office scores very high on customer satisfaction. We continuously strive for this, as it's something we value highly. After a case has been handled, we invite our clients to participate in a customer satisfaction survey. Our high customer satisfaction score is due in no small part to the tireless efforts of our fantastic employees. They are the ones who dedicate themselves every day to serving our customers impeccably and with integrity.

Even on a beautiful summer day like today, the first people in our country are already at the office at 6:30 am, while the other half of the Netherlands rushes to the beach with bucket and spade for a sunny and relaxing day.

We'll be doing that soon too. Not for a whole day, admittedly, but for a lovely afternoon. We'll be closing the store at 4:00 PM today. Our tropical schedule will begin. We'll be ready to serve our customers again on Monday from 8:30 AM. Should an urgent matter arise in the meantime, our backup team will be happy to keep you available 24/7 via the chat on our website homepage. This way, we're always available and can respond quickly.
