MAES notaries sponsor Tulip Rally 2021
The 67th Tulip Rally starts on Monday, October 4th, and finishes on Saturday, October 9th, at the Oostwegel family's Château St. Gerlach in Valkenburg.
In six days, the teams, driving cars built before 1972, will cover over 2,500 kilometers. Stages start in Bordeaux, Limoges, Vichy, Beaune, Horbourg-Wihr, and Luxembourg.
The Tulpenrallye is the oldest Dutch car rally, first organized in 1949. Teams are divided into three classes: Tour, Sport, and Expert. No telephone is permitted, only 10 liters of extra fuel is allowed, and exceeding the speed limit is punishable by penalty seconds.
With former notary Mr. EM (Ed) Bijster and his son, we are providing one of the 200 participating teams. And not for the first time. Because of the many wonderful things that loyal participation has brought Mr. Bijster over the years and will hopefully bring others in the coming years, MAES Notaries, along with many other sponsors—such as Moët & Chandon, Chateau St. Gerlach, Porsche, Mercurius Asset Management, Renpart Real Estate, and Ziggo Sport—is sponsoring the 67th Tulpenrallye.
