Happy holidays and a prosperous 2022
Eventful year
We're heading towards the end of the year. An eventful year. For everyone. The ongoing COVID pandemic makes us realize that you can't always protect each other from life.
Meanwhile, there is finally a coalition agreement between the VVD, D66, the CDA, and the CU, which sets out what the next cabinet has in store for us all.
Thank you
Over the past year, the entire team at MAES Notaries has collectively worked tirelessly for our clients and other stakeholders to the best of their ability. This is evident, among other things—but not exclusively—from the many positive client reviews we've received. We would like to sincerely thank all our clients and clients for the trust they have placed in us. We consider it a privilege to be of service to you.
Our newsletter
Just before the Christmas recess, we are pleased to present you with our digital newsletter from MAES Civil-Law Notaries . This is the fourth and final edition of 2021. We hope you enjoy reading it. In the letter—which has also been emailed to many of our clients—we offer you some tips towards the end of the year on how to save money before the new government implements legislative changes. For example, regarding the jubelton (homeowner gift) or the transfer tax. Take advantage of it!
We will remain open during the Christmas recess
We are closed for one day on Friday, December 24th, but between Christmas and New Year's, so from December 27th to December 31st, we are happy to help you with everything that still needs to be done this year.
Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year
We wish you and yours happy holidays and a prosperous 2022. We hope to welcome you again in the new year.
