Starting in the 2021-2022 season, MAES Notaries will be a proud and committed sponsor of Hockey Club Rotterdam for a multi-year period.

HC Rotterdam, HCR, or Hockey Club Rotterdam, founded on September 16, 1925, is the largest hockey club in the Netherlands and one of the largest in the world, with approximately 2,500 members, including 1,700 youth members, spread over more than 200 teams.

HCR's Men's 1 team competes at the highest level, and its Women's 1 team competes at the second-highest level. It is the most successful hockey club in the Rotterdam The Hague Metropolitan Area and one of the most successful in the Netherlands.

HC Rotterdam has its own hockey stadium with a maximum capacity of 8,000 spectators on Hazelaarweg in Schiebroek, near Rotterdam The Hague Airport and around the corner from Hillegersberg. This is one of the largest hockey stadiums in the world.

MAES Notarissen displays an LED banner on the boarding of the stadium's main pitch during matches and hopes to make a modest contribution to the well-being and performance of all players and their families involved with the club through sponsorship. We do this, among other things, by providing notarial services to players and their families through our "Goed-voor-elkaar" (Good for Each Other) discount scheme , which allows them to save considerably.
