Trust that we know all too well comes with foot traffic and is earned through reviews. Trust that hinges on honest and respectful conduct. Cherishing our integrity is vital to us in order to maintain our most valuable asset: our reputation.

We strive for a high customer satisfaction rating (Net Promoter Score or NPS). We attach great importance to this. It's a key KPI for customer satisfaction and loyalty. By measuring customer satisfaction, we have data that we can use to continuously improve our services.

After completing their case, we ask our customers to participate in a satisfaction survey and, if desired, to leave a review. We certainly appreciate hearing from you when we're doing well, but feedback on what could be improved or changed, or what unexpectedly went wrong, is just as helpful. Our proprietary measurement methodology prevents fake reviews and provides us with information we can act on directly.

This calendar year, our customers have rated us with an NPS of 9 (1 to 10). We would like to thank our customers for their trust in us, for the time and effort they take to participate in our satisfaction survey, and for the reviews they leave. The results of the satisfaction surveys make us proud and grateful and remind us that we must continue to work tirelessly every day to maintain or improve our high NPS.
